Supervised learning

Supervised learning is a machine learning subcategory that teaches models to make predictions. The program is trained with example sets that provide pre-defined input data and desired output data to produce predictions of future outcomes.

Software developers use supervised learning models to help programs produce the best possible outcome for each presented scenario. These predictions help organizations make accurate data-driven decisions.

Supervised learning is used to improve customer relations management across companies. The insights from supervised learning make it easier to identify customers and then provide them services — improving attraction and retention.
